Meredith moved to Philadelphia from New Jersey, completing her BFA at Tyler School of Art in 2011. She began her culinary journey as a baker and then a meat cutter. Meredith then immersed herself in the bright bar & dining industry of Philadelphia for the next 12 years. She has since honed her culinary skills to become an avid in-home chef. Since branching out on her own, she has focused on creating menus that highlight seasonal & local ingredients to elevate homestyle classics.
A small-scale dinner party is an intimate and exciting way to bring restaurant-quality cuisine to the comforts of your home. Meredith's services include a 4-course meal, complete with set-up and clean-up for up to 10 guests.
